This exhibition celebrates the most ancient vessel of all.

Man has made bowls since the time that the special properties of clay were understood. Here we have many different ways of interpreting the oldest form in world ceramics.

The ten ceramicists brought together for this show offer a wide range of styles and techniques – all are superb craftsmen and women.

A number of the exhibitors have been at the gallery before but we are particularly pleased to be showing the work of Peter Lane and Sheila Casson for the first time.

We are also pleased to be able to show once again the work of Steve Harrison the well respected Australian potter.

The unique voice of each ceramicist ensures that there will be beauty, elegance and artistry in good measure. The Gallery at Bevere has a reputation for quality and diversity in studio ceramics and the exhibitors in this show certainly meet those criteria. The featured painting exhibition will show a variety of work from the most popular artists that have exhibited over the last 12 months.
