If you go down to the woods today.....

.....at The Gallery at Bevere, you are in for a great time exploring the woods under the fantastic laurel canopy.

Gallery owner Kim Taylor says "We hope that the new sculpture trail has something for everyone to enjoy. Not everything will be to everyone's taste but we hope it provokes an emotion of some sort. We've brought in some fantastic new green oak benches which we have dotted around the woods and gardens to allow people to simply sit and enjoy the exhibits - where we offer a tray service of refreshments from our café."

The CPA at 50 ceramics exhibition continues in the gallery until 28th July, showing work by over 40 of the top UK ceramicists including John Maltby's ceramic sculptures, Bernard Irwin's stoneware vessels, Bridget Drakeford's oriental style porcelain pieces and Jack Doherty's soda glazed pots.

Admission is free to the galleries and Ceramics in the Garden sculpture trail and there is plenty of free parking.

Trevor's inspiration is gained from the simple pleasure of watching nature, the ever-changing weather, landscape and its natural inhabitants. Sketching from life provides him with the reference material for his paintings.

The beautiful Worcestershire countryside and its wild, and not so wild inhabitants are the main inspiration for Valerie's paintings. Because of her love of detail she is drawn to the illustrative style to capture their life and expressions.
